Rossberck connects Bol.com, Amazon and Exact Online in one system
Rossberck makes multifunctional skincare products for men with natural ingredients. Founders Mika and Sander built the brand with a clear mission: clean skincare, clean formulas. With Stockpilot, they keep operations just as clean.
Selling on multiple channels without losing control
Rossberck sells on Bol.com, Amazon and their own webshop. Each platform serves a different customer, but the challenge is the same: orders need to flow smoothly, stock needs to be accurate, accounting needs to stay up to date.
Stockpilot processes every order in one dashboard and syncs it directly to Exact Online. Sales hit the books automatically. That saves time, prevents errors and gives the team peace of mind.
Shipping runs through MyParcel, fully integrated. Labels, tracking and order status are handled in one flow.
Stock always available with Dynamic Fulfillment
Rossberck uses Stockpilot's Dynamic Fulfillment to keep products listed even when Bol.com's LVB warehouse runs out. When that happens, Stockpilot automatically switches to their own warehouse stock. Once LVB is replenished, it switches back.
To stay ahead of stockouts, Rossberck also uses low-stock alerts. Mika's team gets notified when marketplace inventory starts dropping. But even if replenishment is delayed, the listing stays active. Stockpilot switches fulfillment automatically.
This gives Rossberck flexibility without manual stock management.
A smooth start with Bol.com LVB
When Mika and Sander decided to use Bol.com's LVB program, setup happened directly from Stockpilot. No separate onboarding, no custom work. The connection already existed. Within days the first LVB orders came in and Rossberck started shipping through Bol's logistics network while keeping full visibility on stock and sales.
One system, multiple benefits
What started as a way to manage orders from different channels became a core part of Rossberck's operation. By connecting sales, shipping and accounting, Stockpilot helps the brand stay organised as it grows.
