Shipping 1,000+ orders a day in just a few clicks
With over 1,000 orders a day and peak moments during Black Friday, Mobstore needs a system that keeps up effortlessly. With Stockpilot's shipping rules and one-click bulk shipping, their entire fulfilment is automated.
Mobstore is a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce brand selling phone accessories, screen protectors, and mobile gadgets. With over 1,000 orders coming in every single day, most of them single-item orders, speed and efficiency in the warehouse are everything. During peak periods like Black Friday, that ramps up to thousands of orders per day. Every process needs to run seamlessly and without errors.
Before Stockpilot, Mobstore relied on Monta WMS to manage their order flow. But as the business scaled, the limitations became clear. Key integrations were missing, including MediaMarkt, and the system wasn't flexible enough for their complex shipping needs. They evaluated several other solutions, but none offered the depth and flexibility their operation required. With Stockpilot, it clicked almost immediately.
The heart of Mobstore's operation runs on Stockpilot's shipping rules. Every incoming order is automatically processed based on specific criteria. Orders to the Wadden Islands automatically go via PostNL. Packages taller than 3.2 cm automatically receive a parcel label. Orders above €25 purchase value are automatically shipped insured. Duplicate orders from the same customer are merged. Cancellations are handled automatically. Every order gets the right label and the right shipping method, entirely without manual checks.
Mobstore ships with multiple carriers including QLS and Dragonfly, and continuously adjusts which carrier handles which orders based on destination, weight, dimensions, and price. With lightweight products shipped worldwide, every cent per label counts. The flexibility to add, swap, or adjust carriers at any time gives Mobstore full control over their shipping costs.
The picking and processing workflow is equally streamlined. Orders are automatically sorted by product type and carrier, so orders with the same item roll out of the printers back to back. Each label clearly shows what goes in the package, where the item is located, and whether multiple quantities are involved. With one click, Mobstore processes 100 orders at once. The warehouse runs on packing machines and printers connected through PrintNode for fully automated label and pick list printing. The only thing the team still does is stick the labels on the right packages. Everything else runs fully automated through Stockpilot.
During Black Friday, thousands of orders were processed without a hitch. Stable, efficient, and without additional pressure on the team.
As one of Stockpilot's most intensive users, Mobstore actively contributes to the product. Based on their feedback, the returns module has been improved, inventory advice has been optimised, and order processing has been made even more efficient. It's the strength of a system that grows with its users.
