All of Amazon Europe flowing seamlessly into SAP Business One
Fatboy needed a focused, straightforward solution to get their Amazon orders into SAP Business One. With Stockpilot, all of Amazon Europe now flows automatically into their ERP, including address validation, custom fields, and status updates back to Amazon.
Fatboy is an iconic Dutch design brand, known worldwide for the Original beanbag and now active in over 50 countries with a broad range of furniture, lighting, and accessories. With a strong presence on Amazon across Europe, a constant stream of orders comes in daily that needs to land reliably in their ERP.
Fatboy previously worked with a platform that combined product content management and order management in one system. In practice, that became increasingly complex. Product data and order processing got tangled up, and it became difficult to maintain a clear overview. Fatboy was looking for a focused solution, purely for the order side, that they could manage themselves without depending on a larger, more complicated setup.
With Stockpilot, they found exactly that. Together with Fatboy and their SAP consultants, the integration was set up from scratch. Every Amazon order comes into Stockpilot, gets validated, and is forwarded to SAP Business One. Addresses that don't match are automatically flagged. Custom fields that SAP requires are included. And when an order changes status in SAP, whether picked, shipped, or completed, Stockpilot automatically communicates that back to Amazon.
The result: all of Amazon Europe now flows through Stockpilot into SAP Business One. No manual work, no messy data, no system that requires a manual to operate. Fatboy's team manages the entire flow themselves and knows exactly what's happening at every step.
