How Do-Land Euronova keeps 500 products in sync across four sales channels

Do-Land Euronova brings beauty products to customers all over Europe. The company operates from its own warehouse in Heerhugowaard, selling to consumers through Amazon, Shopify and bol, and to other webshops and retailers through B2B platforms and its own B2B website.

Beauty webshop Do-Land Euronova connected Amazon, Shopify, bol and its B2B channels to one inventory, and now knows exactly what’s on the shelf.

About Do-Land Euronova

Do-Land Euronova brings beauty products to customers all over Europe. The company operates from its own warehouse in Heerhugowaard, selling to consumers through Amazon, Shopify and bol, and to other webshops and retailers through B2B platforms and its own B2B website. Do-Land Euronova is a fast-growing SME that is still very much in development.

The challenge: four channels, zero connections

With 400 to 500 products spread across multiple sales channels, keeping track of stock had turned into a job in itself. Everything lived in Excel: what was available, what had sold, what had arrived from suppliers and what needed to be replenished. The business used a range of online tools, but none of them were connected to each other or to the platforms where the products were actually sold. Every order on one channel meant manual updates everywhere else.

“We spent far too much time reconciling stock. Checking what we had, what we’d sold, what came in, what we needed to reorder. It was all in Excel, and nothing was connected to the platforms we sell on.”

That way of working left plenty of room for mistakes, especially without a reliable, real-time view of inventory. With hundreds of products on the shelves, some stock simply got overlooked.

“You can have products in your warehouse that you forget about, and you lose money because you’re not selling them.”

With order volumes climbing every month, it was clear the business needed to automate.

Why Stockpilot

Orlando of Do-Land Euronova looked at several tools before settling on Stockpilot. In the end, the deciding factor wasn’t a feature list but the people behind it. During onboarding he was in direct contact with Sander, Stockpilot’s owner, and that made all the difference.

“Sander had the power to make things move and happen. Because I was talking directly to the decision maker, I had the feeling right away that they would really help me.”

Just as important was that Stockpilot took the time to understand how Do-Land Euronova actually works. Amazon, Shopify and bol could be connected straight away, and automated shipping was already part of the platform. The one missing piece was the B2B side of the business, which connects Do-Land Euronova with webshops and retailers across Europe. Stockpilot committed to building that integration, so the wholesale side would run on the same stock as everything else.

“Stockpilot understood my needs and my business, and they did the job.”

The results: full visibility and time back every day

Today, Orlando knows exactly what’s in his warehouse at any moment. Stock syncs automatically across Amazon, Shopify, bol and the company’s B2B channels, so every sale on one channel is reflected everywhere else without anyone touching a spreadsheet. The separate sheets and systems that needed constant updating are gone, and with them most of the manual errors.

“I know exactly what I have in my warehouse. Everything goes automatically now. No more time spent updating all the different sheets and systems we had before.”

Fulfilment has become faster too. With a barcode scanner connected to Stockpilot, products are recognised instantly during picking and packing, so shipments are ready sooner and the chance of sending the wrong item is much smaller.

“I save at least 30 minutes a day, and I’m fairly technical. For someone who’s less technical, I’d say it’s closer to an hour a day.”

What’s next: room to grow

With operations under control, Do-Land Euronova is ready for the next step. Because Stockpilot is modular, adding a new marketplace means plugging in another connector rather than starting a new project. Faire, for example, is already available in Stockpilot and is next on Orlando’s list. For a growing business that wants to reach more customers across Europe, that flexibility is exactly what’s needed.

“Without Stockpilot, I couldn’t extend my business. With Stockpilot, the growth is never ending.”

Advice for brands still managing stock manually

For other brands still juggling spreadsheets, Orlando’s advice is simple:

“If your finances allow it, make the step right away. Over time, you’ll only get benefits from it.”
