From manual processing to full automation with Priority ERP
BQS Textiles tried for a long time to get their bol.com orders into Priority ERP. After multiple failed attempts with other parties, everything now runs through Stockpilot, including shipping labels, inventory management, and product bundles.
BQS Textiles is a Dutch supplier of personalised textiles and promotional products, based in Dordrecht and active since 2003. With a growing presence on bol.com, they needed a reliable way to get their marketplace orders into Priority ERP, the system that runs their daily warehouse operations.
That turned out to be easier said than done. BQS Textiles tried with multiple parties, but every attempt stalled. The process was slow, complex, and ultimately the orders never landed in their ERP the right way. The result: every bol.com order was processed by hand. Time-consuming, error-prone, and unsustainable as they grew.
Stockpilot changed that. Stockpilot offers an open REST API that external parties can build on independently. The IT consultant of BQS Textiles got direct access to a shared Slack channel with a Stockpilot developer. Short lines, fast answers, no weeks of waiting for documentation or feedback. The API turned out to be clear and well-documented, and the integration with Priority ERP was operational within a short timeframe.
Every bol.com order now comes into Stockpilot and automatically gets assigned the right VVB shipping label (Verzend via bol) through the shipping rules, whether it's a mailbox parcel or a full package. Integrating with VVB is technically complex since it's bol.com's own label system, but Stockpilot supports it fully. That label is passed as a document into Priority ERP, so the warehouse team can handle and ship orders from within their own environment. Everything checks out, without any manual steps in between.
On top of that, BQS Textiles makes heavy use of Stockpilot's product bundle functionality. They sell many bundles on bol.com, and Stockpilot automatically translates those into the individual items in Priority. The warehouse sees exactly which items need to be picked, no confusion.
With the foundation in place, BQS Textiles is now ready to expand to other channels. Miracle Connect and Amazon are next. Inventory is managed in Priority ERP and Stockpilot automatically translates those stock levels to all connected marketplaces. The full routing is in place. What started as a solution for bol.com has grown into the foundation of their multichannel operation.
