Staying in control while scaling a D2C brand

Rossberck develops multifunctional personal care products for men, made with natural ingredients and without the usual additives. Founders Mika & Sander built the brand with a clear mission: clean skincare, clean formulas. With Stockpilot, Rossberck keeps its operations just as clean behind the scenes.

Managing growth across channels without losing overview

Rossberck sells through both Bol.com, Amazon and their own store. Each platform serves a different audience, but the challenge is the same: keeping orders flowing, inventory in sync, and bookkeeping up to date.

With Stockpilot in place, every order, regardless of sales channel, is automatically processed into a single dashboard and connected directly to Exact Online, meaning sales are instantly reflected in the accounting system. That saves time, prevents errors, and gives the team one less thing to worry about.

Shipping is handled via MyParcel, integrated within Stockpilot. Labels, tracking, and order status updates are all handled in one flow.

Inventory that stays live, powered by Dynamic Fulfillment

Rossberck relies on Stockpilot’s Dynamic Fulfillment to keep listings live, even when Bol.com’s LVB warehouse runs out of stock. When that happens, Stockpilot automatically switches the listing to their own warehouse stock. As soon as LVB is restocked, the system switches back.

To stay ahead of issues, Rossberck also uses low stock alerts. That way, Mika’s team gets notified early when marketplace inventory is running low. But even if restocking is delayed, for example, if a parcel to Bol.com LVB is still in transit, the listing doesn’t go offline. Stockpilot handles the switch instantly.

This combination gives Rossberck full flexibility without micromanaging stock, and more confidence in their sales continuity.

A smooth start with Bol.com LVB

When Mika & Sander decided to start using Bol.com’s LVB (logistics by bol.com) program, the setup was handled directly from Stockpilot. No separate onboarding process or custom build was needed, the connection was already there. Within days, orders from LVB were flowing, and Rossberck could start shipping from Bol’s own logistics network while still keeping oversight on inventory and sales data.

One system, many benefits

What started as a way to stay on top of multi-channel orders has become a core part of Rossberck’s operations. By connecting all key systems, from sales to shipping to accounting, Stockpilot helps the brand stay organized while continuing to grow.

“Stockpilot ties everything together for us. Sales, stock, shipping, and accounting. It all runs through one system, which means we can focus on growing the brand without constantly fixing the backend.”

— Mika & Sander, founders of Rossberck
