Global fulfillment at scale: CME’s connected MCF setup
CME, a leading manufacturer of wireless MIDI and digital instruments, needed a seamless way to manage global fulfillment. The challenge was routing webshop orders into Amazon MCF while maintaining control over inventory and sync. After discovering Stockpilot in the Amazon App Store, they found the system that brought it all together.
Built on innovation and global reach
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Singapore since 2012, CME has grown into one of China’s most respected digital musical instrument (DMI) brands, now active in over 50 countries. With a strong legacy in music technology and a global presence spanning Asia, Europe, and North America, CME develops smart, artist-focused solutions that combine creativity with cutting-edge technology. Their product lines that include widely adopted WIDI wireless MIDI adapters are used by musicians and creators worldwide.
Connecting webshop orders with Amazon MCF
CME sells both through Amazon and their own store, offering MIDI interfaces, wireless WIDI devices, and digital accessories to customers around the world. For direct orders, fulfillment is often handled via Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment), Amazon’s logistics service that lets sellers ship orders from other sales channels using their FBA inventory.
That means webshop orders need to be routed accurately into Amazon’s network and kept in sync after fulfillment.
Stockpilot automates that flow. Orders from the webshop are forwarded to Amazon MCF, processed, and updated back into the original system with tracking information. The customer experience stays accurate and consistent, without manual status updates or operational guesswork.

A reliable setup with global coverage
With Amazon MCF deeply integrated into their direct order flow, CME has created a clean and reliable fulfillment system that supports their international customer base. Stockpilot ensures smooth syncing and end-to-end visibility, so orders are processed on time and delivery expectations are met across regions.
This solid logistics foundation gives CME the operational confidence to focus on what matters most: building great products and serving a global community of creators.

Built for automation and scale
CME is now exploring how to automate more of its workflows using Stockpilot’s Zapier integration. Together, we’re reviewing which processes can be streamlined using routing rules and event-driven triggers to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
With accurate data and a scalable infrastructure already in place, CME is well-positioned to scale its logistics setup, regardless of where the order originates.

“Stockpilot helped us centralize our Amazon MCF flow and bring structure to our global fulfillment. Their team provided a reliable solution that fits seamlessly into our existing setup. We now have full visibility over our inventory, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking forward to expanding what we automate through the platform.”
