Multi-warehouse inventory management

When you're selling across multiple channels, your stock often lives in multiple places. Your own warehouse, a 3PL, Amazon FBA, maybe a retail location. You need to know what's where—and control which stock is available for which channels.

That's what multi-warehouse inventory management does.

Track stock per location

In Stockpilot, you can create multiple warehouses and see exactly how much stock is in each one. No more guessing or spreadsheets. One view shows you inventory across all locations.

Within each warehouse, you can also set up bin locations for more detailed tracking—useful if you need to know which shelf or zone a product sits in.

Transfers between locations

Moving stock from one warehouse to another? Create a transfer. The system updates quantities at both locations so your records stay accurate.

This works whether you're moving stock to a 3PL for fulfillment, restocking a retail location, or balancing inventory between warehouses.

Control what counts as available

Here's where it gets useful for multi-channel sellers: you can control which warehouse quantities count toward your offered stock on sales channels.

Maybe you only want to sell from your main warehouse on bol.com, but include both your warehouse and 3PL stock for your webshop. Stockpilot lets you configure this—so each channel shows the right available quantity.

Integrate via API or Zapier

For more advanced setups, you can control warehouse quantities via our REST API or Zapier. This lets you connect external systems—your WMS, a 3PL's system, or custom tools—and keep everything in sync automatically.

Why this matters

When stock is spread across locations and you don't have visibility, you either oversell (bad) or undersell because you're being conservative (also bad). Multi-warehouse tracking gives you confidence in your numbers—and lets you sell everything you actually have available.

Before Stockpilot, I updated our bol.com stock manually with Excel every day. Now it syncs directly with ValkAspos. It saves time and prevents mistakes.
