Connect Picqer to 100+ Marketplaces with Stockpilot

Picqer is great at what it does. Your warehouse runs smoothly. Orders get picked, packed, and shipped. Inventory locations make sense. The scanners work.

But Picqer connects to about ten platforms natively. If you're selling on more channels than that, you have a gap.

Amazon. Bol.com. Your Shopify store. Then you expand to MediaMarkt, Decathlon, ANWB — all through Mirakl Connect. Maybe Kaufland for Germany. A WooCommerce site for B2B. That's already eight channels, and you're just getting started.

Stockpilot bridges that gap. It connects Picqer to over 100 sales channels, so your warehouse can serve every marketplace you sell on.

How it works

Stockpilot sits between your sales channels and Picqer.

Orders come in from everywhere — Amazon, bol.com, Shopify, Kaufland, your own webshop. Stockpilot collects them and sends them to Picqer. Your warehouse team picks and ships from one queue, regardless of where the order originated.

When an order ships, Picqer updates the status. Stockpilot sends tracking information back to the marketplace. The customer gets their shipping notification. You didn't touch a thing.

Inventory works the same way in reverse. Picqer knows what's on your shelves. Stockpilot reads that inventory and updates every connected channel. Sell something on Amazon, and your bol.com listing adjusts automatically. No overselling. No manual stock updates.

Simple forwarding

The basic setup is straightforward. Every order goes to Picqer. Every shipment syncs back. Every stock change updates everywhere.

This works perfectly when Picqer handles all your fulfillment. One warehouse, one system, many channels.

You get the benefits of Picqer's warehouse efficiency combined with Stockpilot's reach. Your team works in Picqer. Your customers can buy anywhere. This is Order Flow in action.

Conditional forwarding

Things get more interesting when not every order should go to the same place.

Maybe you dropship certain products directly from your supplier. Maybe some SKUs are fulfilled by Amazon MCF. Maybe you have a 3PL in Germany for German customers. Maybe B2B orders route differently than B2C.

Stockpilot lets you set rules for where orders go.

You can route by product. Orders containing dropship items go straight to your supplier. Everything else goes to Picqer.

You can route by supplier. Products from Supplier A fulfill from your warehouse. Products from Supplier B ship from theirs.

You can route by channel. Amazon orders use Amazon's fulfillment. Bol.com orders go to Picqer.

You can route by customer location. German customers get fulfilled from your German 3PL. Dutch customers from Picqer.

You set the rules once. Stockpilot applies them automatically. The right orders reach the right destination without anyone making manual decisions.

Why this matters

Without a connector like Stockpilot, expanding to new channels means more manual work. More tabs to check. More places where orders can slip through. More inventory discrepancies that lead to overselling or stockouts.

With Stockpilot, adding a new marketplace takes minutes. Connect the channel, set your forwarding rules, and orders start flowing to Picqer automatically. Your warehouse process doesn't change at all.

This is how you scale from three channels to ten to twenty without hiring more people to manage the chaos.

What stays the same

Your warehouse team keeps working in Picqer. Nothing changes for them. They see orders, pick products, scan barcodes, print labels, ship packages. Same workflow, same interface.

The difference is invisible to them — but critical for your growth. They're now fulfilling orders from channels Picqer doesn't connect to natively. They just don't need to know or care.

Inventory stays accurate

The biggest risk of selling on multiple channels is overselling. You have ten units. You sell five on Amazon and six on bol.com. Now you owe a customer a product you don't have, and your marketplace ranking takes a hit.

Stockpilot prevents this by syncing inventory continuously. Picqer is your source of truth. When stock changes — whether from a sale, a return, a new shipment, or a stock count — Stockpilot pushes that update to every channel. For advanced setups, Warehouse Feeds give you even more control.

Your available stock is always accurate, everywhere.

Getting started

If you already use Picqer and want to sell on more channels, connecting Stockpilot is simple.

Link your Picqer account to Stockpilot. Connect your marketplaces and webshops. Set up your forwarding rules — simple or conditional, depending on your operation. Turn it on.

Orders start flowing. Inventory stays synced. Your warehouse keeps running the way it always has, just serving more customers from more places.
